Our bathroom cabinet boxes are constructed with Grade A plywood featuring 1/2" box construction, 3/4" plywood shelving shelving and 3/4" solid Birch frames. These high quality materials help eliminate morphing, warping, or cracking due to the humidity in a normal bathroom environment.
The assembly process of our RTA bathroom cabinetry is quick and easy and takes 10 - 20 minutes. To make the assembly even easier, we've created these in-depth step-by-step cabinet assembly videos: How To Assemble Wall Cabinets, How To Assemble Base Cabinets, How To Assemble Drawers. Our cabinets are assembled using a simple metal L bracket system. Each wood panel has a pre-mounted metal L-bracket which is aligned with another panel and fastened together. We recommend using wood glue in the joints for additional stability (although it is not required). No heavy equipment is needed, just a screw driver is sufficient to build the durable bathroom cabinets.
