Kitchen Cabinet Kings is run by Kitchen Cabinets Online LLC, 1615 S Congress Ave, Suite 103, Delray Beach, FL 33445. When this policy says "we," "us" or "our," it means us.

This policy covers kitchencabinetkings.com, including our blog and cabinet glossary, plus the emails and texts we send and the conversations you have with us by chat, phone or email.

Our website and products are for customers in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information is handled in the United States under this policy.

Most of it you give us directly when you order, ask for a quote or design, open an account, sign up for emails or texts, or contact us. Some of it comes from your browser or device automatically while you use the site.

Your account password counts as sensitive information under some state laws. We use it only to let you sign in. We don't ask for things like your Social Security number, health information or precise location, so please don't send them to us. On the contractor form, a license number or business tax ID is all we need.

We don't use your personal information to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you, and we don't use it to train AI models.

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. We also use pixels and scripts, which are bits of code from other companies that run on our pages. Here's what's on our site and why.

When you place an order or send a form, our ad tags may send Google, Microsoft and Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address and phone number. They use it to match ad clicks to purchases without us handing over the readable version.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though your cart and sign-in need cookies to stay put.

Our site doesn't respond to the older "Do Not Track" browser setting, since there's no agreed standard for it. It doesn't respond to Global Privacy Control signals yet either. We're adding that, see Ads, "selling" and "sharing".

We share information only as described here.

We'll also share information when you ask us to, for example sending your design or quote to your contractor.

We don't sell lists of customer names, emails or phone numbers to anyone.

California and several other states define "selling," "sharing" and "targeted advertising" broadly enough to cover ad tools on a website. Letting Google, Meta, Microsoft and OpenAI collect browsing activity on our site for ads counts. In the past 12 months, we've shared these types of information with advertising partners for that purpose:

We don't sell or share sensitive information, and we don't knowingly sell or share information about anyone under 16.

If you join our email list, we'll send marketing emails, like sale announcements. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. We'll still send emails about your orders and account after you unsubscribe.

If you sign up for texts, we'll send recurring automated marketing messages to the number you gave us. Signing up isn't a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.

Phone numbers collected through our text sign-up, and your text opt-in and consent, are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only companies that get them are the ones that send our texts for us, like Klaviyo and the wireless carriers. None of the sharing described elsewhere in this policy includes text messaging opt-in data or consent.

Live chat on our site runs on Zendesk. What you type is sent to Zendesk as you chat, and the conversation is saved so our team can help with your order later.

Phone calls aren't recorded. Our team may take notes on your order.

Blog comments show the name you enter and your comment to everyone. We keep your email address private.

We keep information only as long as we need it for the reasons above. Here's how we decide.

Several states give their residents privacy rights by law. We give the same rights to every customer, wherever you live in the United States.

Email privacy@kitchencabinetkings.com or call (888) 696-6454. Tell us what you'd like us to do and the email or phone number you've used with us.

To protect your information, we'll check that a request to see, copy, correct or delete it comes from you. Usually that means matching the email or phone number on your account or order, and sometimes asking for an order number. We won't ask for a government ID or Social Security number.

We'll confirm we got your request within 10 business days and answer within 45 days. If we need more time, up to another 45 days, we'll tell you why.

Someone you trust can make a request for you. We'll need your signed permission, and we may ask you to confirm your identity with us directly.

We'll explain why. You can appeal by emailing privacy@kitchencabinetkings.com with "Appeal" in the subject. We'll respond within 45 days. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact your state attorney general.

California residents can ask, once a year, for a list of the third parties we've given personal information to for their own direct marketing in the past year. Email privacy@kitchencabinetkings.com with "Shine the Light" in the subject.

Sometimes we offer a discount for joining our email or text list, like 12% off a first order. Under California law, that's called a financial incentive.

To get it, you give us your email address or phone number through the sign-up form. Joining is your choice, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Our good-faith estimate is that your email address or phone number is worth about the same to us as the discount you get, based on the sales our lists help bring in.

Our site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Our site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), card payments are processed by PayPal, and we limit who on our team can see customer information. No website or email is completely secure, so we can't promise that nothing will ever go wrong. If something does, we'll tell you as the law requires.

Links to other websites, including Affirm, PayPal and social media, go to companies with their own privacy policies.

We review this policy at least once a year. When we change it, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use information we already have, we'll post a notice on our site before it takes effect.
