How do I check on my order?
We'll email your tracking details once your order ships. If you have a question before then, call us or send a message with your order number.
When will my cabinets ship?
Most ready-to-assemble cabinets ship in 3 to 10 business days, and most assembled cabinets ship in 5 to 15 business days. Because timing varies by door style and manufacturer, some cabinets may take longer. Contact us with the style you're considering, and we'll give you the latest shipping estimate.
How does delivery work?
Your cabinets are delivered curbside by a national freight carrier, with each cabinet in its own box. Before you sign, compare the boxes with your order confirmation and note anything missing or damaged on the bill of lading.
What if something arrives damaged or missing?
Note any missing or damaged items on the bill of lading before the driver leaves. Within 7 days of delivery, email support@kitchencabinetkings.com with the SKU labels and photos of any damage. We'll send replacement parts at no charge.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, email support@kitchencabinetkings.com within 48 hours of placing it and include your order number. A 25% restocking fee applies. Once an order leaves the warehouse, you can no longer change or cancel it.
Do your cabinets come with a warranty?
Yes. Parts and hardware are covered by a limited warranty of 2 to 5 years, depending on the cabinet line.
How long does a free kitchen design take?
About 2 business days. An NKBA-certified designer will send you a plan and an itemized quote, and your design includes 2 revisions.
