Quality to be superior to the big box retailers

I'm a remodeler and this was my fifth project in 4 years. I did a new kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I have used KCKs each time. I used the Cherry Glaze door style. I placed the order when I saw the cabinets go on sale. The cabinets arrived about 8 business days later. I've found the quality to be superior to the big box retailers (except for the big box store's most-expensive cabinets) and about the same cost, or less than their least expensive. The cabinets have real wood throughout. No particle board at all. The web site is quite good, but if you need some assistance or guidance you can always call. I would like to see a little more detail in the cabinet descriptions on line. Especially dimensions for corner cabinets and any other asymmetrical cabinets. I made a mistake in ordering. Customer service was very responsive and helpful in getting the issue taken care of quickly. Shipping cost for the one cabinet was reasonable. Would I use KCKs again? Without a doubt. I don't even bother to shop around anymore.

This is my 2nd order with KCK and I've recommended a friend for his cabinets, they are so great! The ice shaker cabinets are well built with good hardware and they look really sharp. They have adjustable hinges to line up the doors and that soft close action is really nice. Also the real plywood boxes make these easier to install. Other cheap MDF cabinets are heavy and can't be compared to how good these are! I will be getting another set for sure!

Extremely satisfied customer here! We ordered Thompson White and we are thoroughly impressed with the high quality. Cabinets are NOT particle board! They are wood and plywood construction. One issue we have is with the cabinet doors on this particular style. When two cabinets are mounted side-by-side, if the doors open with backs going towards each other, the trims on the hinge side bump together before doors fully open and could cause damage. Maybe a spacer could be installed between cabinets for anyone that chooses the Thompson White. We are still thinking about a possible solution for this now that ours are already hung. Not a big deal though and the cabinets look beautiful! The website is user friendly and customer service is excellent. I would definitely come back for any future cabinet needs.

Very happy with my cabinet purchase. The website was easy to navigate and I chose this company because of their wide selection. My project was our rec room so it was a small enough project that I was able to design myself. The one mistake I made was that I ordered the toe kick not realizing the cabinets were already built with one. Overall very happy with the quality and quick processing.
