Experience with three RTA products was practically flawless

Paul B. Door style: Pearl

We thoroughly enjoy our new cabinets and our experience with three RTA products was practically flawless from the online ordering process to the delivery and assembly. Everything fit perfectly and was surprisingly easy for any DIY handyman. Next stop will be our bathrooms. Thanks

Very pleased with the costumer service and design service provided

We were very pleased with the costumer service and design service provided by Kitchen Cabinet Kings. They were very responsive both through e-mail and phone. The cabinets look beautiful. We did have some cabinet pieces that were broken; however we called them within the allotted time and they replaced them very quickly. The Ready to Assemble cabinets were a little tricky to put together; however, it was worth the savings to get Ready to Assemble versus Pre Assembled. The other thing to note is that not all cabinets are soft closing; I thought all of their cabinets were until ours came in and weren't soft closing.

Cabinets are attractive and well-built

Rebecca S. Door style: Ice White Shaker

We bought these for our utility room remodel. The cabinets are attractive and well-built. We considered going with Ikea cabinets to save money--we didn't want to spend a lot on the laundry room--but Ikea didn't have exactly the style we wanted (the only white shaker option was off-white, not pure white, which would have clashed with the washer/drier). Additionally, after doing some research, we realized that the ice white shaker cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings were much more sturdy than Ikea cabinets; in some ways more sturdy than the higher-end Merillat cabinets that we paid an arm and a leg for in the kitchen. They were more expensive than Ikea's bottom end cabinets, but still cheaper than Ikea's top-end cabinets, and much better built than all of them. We are very happy with the result. They are attractive and well-built. They weren't too difficult to figure out how to assemble. We haven't had them for very long, but so far are pleased with our purchase.

Kitchen Cabinet Kings is THE BEST!

Linda M. Door style: Graystone Shaker

Kitchen Cabinet Kings is THE BEST! This was my second kitchen in 2 years, and the second one was even better than the first! I ordered Greystone Shaker cabinets, and even my contractor had to admit the quality was excellent! The cabinets were delivered promptly, and both the customer service reps and the delivery service kept me well informed. I found the website easy to navigate, but before I ordered, I called to make sure I was ordering everything I needed and that I was ordering the correct cabinets. I even customized some of my cabinets with no problem whatsoever. Again, the customer service rep was great and a huge help. I did make one mistake, and had to order another cabinet, but it came really fast and everything was perfect. I have already recommended Kitchen Cabinet Kings to friend and will do so again. I saved about $2,000 and will definitely buy from them again!

We have recommended this company to others for several years now

We have ordered the cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings in the past and they are a great deal. These are photos of cabinets that were were placed in a custom log home in the mountains. There is both a full Kitchen and Kitchenette. We got everything we ordered, but one cabinet had slight damage to a door. KcK sent a new door within just a few days and it was already pre-drilled to install. We have recommended this company to others for several years now. For the price of the cheapest particle board cabinets at Home Depot, you get fully assembled, solid wood, with soft close dovetail drawers. And you can see the final product is worthy of a magazine..

I ordered these for my new salon. Cabinets were beautiful and easy to put together. They even had soft closure which I was not aware of. Would definitely order again.

Overall I was very pleased with Kitchen Cabinet Kings product and customer service. It was a little confusing ordering the cabinets online and unfortunately I ordered the wrong cabinet sizes for 4 of the cabinets. Now that my cabinets are installed, my kitchen looks great.

I now have my beautiful dream kitchen thanks to Kitchen Cabinet Kings. I saved enough on the cabinets to pay for high end granite counter tops. The customer service is top notch. So happy I shopped here!

Customer support staff was great and easy to deal with

Overall, it was very easy to select a style and receive the cabinets. The quality of the cabinets were great; however, be careful with white cabinets (the ones we went with) as every little blemish is very noticeable. With that said, the customer support staff was great and easy to deal with. Regarding the blemished items that we simply could not install due to the severity of the blemish, we received replacement pieces very quickly, which was surprising. Great delivery lead time - took under the two weeks they had promised. Great website - very easy to navigate and select products.Great price - it was half the costs of three other similar companies. I would use them again and recommend them, but would likely choose a different color other than white. I would presume that 90% of the "blemishes" would not have been noticed on any other color cabinet.

Our experience with Kitchen Cabinet Kings was absolutely amazing

Our experience with Kitchen Cabinet Kings was absolutely amazing!!! We were afraid to make such a large experience online, but we took the plunge and we’re so glad we did because our kitchen turned out great! The customer service extends beyond your purchase. The cabinets are all solid wood with high-end features at an affordable price. There are other online companies out there selling similar Cabinets, but don’t let their prices fool you! We tested the waters with several of those other companies and the customer service was the worst! Just know, all the same isn’t all alike! Kitchen Cabinet King values its reputation and it shows in their products and how they treat their customers!
